1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MusicForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

MusicForge provides AI-powered music generation services. We generate original music from text prompts and lyrics. Our platform utilizes Alibaba Cloud Fun-Music API and other industry-standard AI models for music generation. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MusicForge to generate the following prohibited content categories:

  • Sexual / NSFW Content — Sexually explicit, adult-oriented, or pornographic material
  • Violence / Gore — Content depicting graphic violence, blood, or bodily harm
  • Hate Speech — Content promoting hatred or discrimination against protected groups
  • Child Safety (CSAM) — Any content sexualizing minors or depicting child exploitation
  • Deepfake / Impersonation — AI-generated content impersonating real individuals without consent
  • Copyright / Trademark Infringement — Content violating intellectual property rights

Additionally, you agree not to:

  • Generate content depicting real people without their explicit consent
  • Use prompts containing copyrighted material you don't have rights to
  • Create music that infringes third-party trademarks or patents
  • Generate sexually explicit or adult-oriented music content
  • Create content promoting violence or harassment
  • Generate music for illegal products, weapons, or controlled substances
  • Create deceptive content designed to mislead
  • Use our service to impersonate professionals
  • Attempt to bypass content safety filters

5. Payment Terms

MusicForge offers subscription plans for access to the service. Payments are processed through Waffo Pancake, our payment processing partner (Merchant of Record). By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
  • You expressly authorize MusicForge to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • Your payment data is securely handled by Waffo Pancake (PCI-DSS compliant). We do not store your card details.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy available at /refund.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the prompts and lyrics you provide and the music you generate using MusicForge. We claim no ownership over your content. MusicForge trademarks and technology are owned by us.

8. Limitation of Liability

MusicForge is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
